Android Developer Requirements:

• BE/Master’s in computer science or equivalent technical degree.

• Min 2+ years and max 6 years of experience and Android skills development.

• Proficiency in Java, Kotlin. (C++ Added Advantage).

• Ability to use the Android Studio, including the Android SDK, with ease.

• Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.

• Have published at least one original Android app.

• Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON.

• Experience working with Offline data via SQLite and File Storage.

• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs (cloud message APIs and push notifications. etc).

• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging

technologies.

• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.

• Excellent coding, proofreading and teamwork skills.

• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.

• Ability to manage your workload with minimal supervision.

• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.

Android Developer Responsibilities:

• Conceptualizing and formulating apps that are suitable for use on all types of Android devices.

• Ensuring that the construction and presentation of your apps are congruent with the company's

standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability

• Monitoring app reviews to detect areas for improvement.

• Proofreading your code and correcting mistakes before each app is released.

• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development

efficiency
