Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Develop engaging content, including graphics, videos, and captions, for platforms like Twitter, LinkedIn and Reddit.
Posting & Scheduling: Manage the posting schedule and ensure timely updates on all social channels.
Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and mentions, and interact with followers to build a strong online community.
Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics (likes, shares, clicks, etc.) and provide insights for improvement.
Trend Spotting: Stay updated on the latest social media trends and incorporate them into the content strategy.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and design teams to align social media strategies with overall brand goals.
Skills:
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their features.
Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and attention to detail.
