Job Description :-
- Adhere to proper accounting methods, policies and principles
- Knowledge of TDS GST
- Computing data for Filing GSTR-1, GSTR-2A, GSTR 3B , ESI EPF filing
- Making entries of Sale, Purchase and Journal Vouchers in Tally ERP-9 software
- Making Purchase Orders, raising Tax Invoices from Tally, making E Way bill online
- Making Entries of receipt-payment vouchers, Bank Reconciliation Statement (Month wise)
- Checking party balances, helping in Accounts Payable-Accounts Receivable reconciliation and maintaining debtors and creditors ageing reports
- Oversee accounting daily operations, assist and oversee annual audits
- Stock Reconciliation
- Take responsibility for cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities
- Regularly produce financial reports or statements as required
- Ensure direct and indirect tax compliance and meet the organizational objectives
- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records
