Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing and implementing visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with developers and project managers to ensure designs align with technical specifications and business goals.
• Conduct user research and gather insights to improve usability and user experience.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for new features and products.
• Participate in usability testing and gather feedback to improve design iterations.
• Maintain design consistency throughout various platforms and ensure designs follow UI/UX best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer application or related field. 
• A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work (academic projects, internships, or freelance work).
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, etc.) is a plus.
• Good communication skills and a willingness to work in a collaborative environment.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetic design.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
