Job Description:
1.Briefing about the residential project to customers.
2.Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and active participation in expos.
3.Act as an intermediary in negotiations
4.Meet monthly sales targets.
5.Handle direct sales, generating referral leads and also generating leads from channel partner
6.Maintaining self-day-to-day reports.
7.Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
8.Accompany buyers during site visits to and inspections of the property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.
