About the Job


Customer Service

Handle Incoming Inquiry and assist customer on required process and close the leads

Update leads in software follow up as per customer convenient

Coordinate with branch on document submission and process update

Engage with customer till process complete

Daily Briefing and De-Briefing

Plan a day and act accordingly

Post service every customer feedback and reviews to be collected

Fresher or experience can apply

Salary upto 17k based on experience plus incentives

Monday to Saturday working
