Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time position intended for a creative individual passionate about design. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to create visual content that aligns with The Alpha Circle's mission of empowerment and leadership excellence. The role requires proficiency in key design tools and a keen eye for detail in maintaining the company's visual aesthetic. Previous experience in graphic design is preferred.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Canva (Mandatory skill) to produce high-quality designs.
• Experience with Figma for collaborative interface design and prototyping in team settings.
• Ability to create compelling illustrations using Procreate on tablet devices.
• Strong understanding of typography to enhance readability and visual appeal of designs.
• Experience in branding, demonstrating the ability to maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles to contribute to the creation of intuitive user interfaces.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative design solutions that meet project objectives.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
