**Job Title:** Area Sales Manager - Hyderabad

**About the Role:**  

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Area Sales Manager** to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of **5 years of experience in sales**, preferably within the **steel manufacturing industry**, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Candidates with experience working in renowned steel manufacturing companies such as **MS Life, Radha TMT, or Samrat Agency** will be given preference.  


**Key Responsibilities:**  

1. **Sales Strategy & Execution:**  

  - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the Hyderabad region.  

  - Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key clients.  


2. **Client Relationship Management:**  

  - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.  

  - Conduct regular visits to clients and dealers to maintain strong relationships and understand market requirements.  


3. **Market Analysis:**  

  - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.  

  - Provide feedback to the management team on market conditions and potential areas for improvement.  


4. **Team Collaboration:**  

  - Work closely with the marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of products.  

  - Train and mentor junior sales team members to enhance their performance.  


5. **Reporting & Documentation:**  

  - Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, market analysis, and performance metrics.  

  - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.  


**Qualifications:**  

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.  

- Minimum of **5 years of experience in sales**, with a strong preference for candidates with **steel industry experience**.  

- Proven experience working with steel manufacturing companies such as **MS Life, Radha TMT, or Samrat Agency** is highly desirable.  

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.  

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.  

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.  

- Willingness to travel extensively within the Hyderabad region.
