ü Strategy Planning, Process Improvement and Management.

i)            Forecasting Sales, coordination, planning and execution.

i)            Align with sales projection, schedule as per market/customer demand

ii)          Review of actual sales and production against planned and prioritization criticalities

ü Production planning, mapping and control.

i)            Forecast production plan

ii)          Implementation of KANBAN (Lean Manufacturing and Just In Time)

ü Procurement/Materials Management and quality checks for incoming materials.

i)            Forecasting, budgeting and planning procurement, consumable, BOP,RM

ii)          Release material requirement plan

iii)         Monitoring and controlling of incoming material as per schedule

iv)         Generate Master production schedule and manpower requisition

ü Logistic and warehouse Management

i)            Monitoring and managing logistics with dispatch department

ii)          Control logistic cost align with outbound logistic budget

ü Review of Sales & production against Planned and prioritization criticalities

ü Market analysis, Benchmark and control the logistics cost and forecasting budget
