Job Overview

We are seeking an Architect Manager Sr Manager Level 1 (Immediate Joiner) with 8-10 years of experience for a full-time position at our offices in Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Dubai and Pune with a salary range of 15LPA.

Key Requirements

1. Proven work experience in residential apartments and villas

2. Handled in large scale apartment project - minimum 200 apartments.

3. Experience: 8 to 10 years

4. Very good software skill in AutoCAD & Sketch-up will be added advantages

5. Committed, Ambitious and Friendly.

6. Must Have Good verbal and written Communication Skills.

7. Team work and high energy level.

8. Must have handled a team

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Will coordinate with external architects and finalize the concept drawing as per the timelines fixed. 

2. Should have design knowledge and able to do design and close the concept independently.

3. Having good knowledge in local bylaws and practical experience in architectural detail as well as in site.

4. Visit the site and do the site analysis / feasibility.

5. study and evaluate each stages and present the plan to the teammates & give consolidated comments to architects for their incorporation. 

6. Will do the competitor analysis and give the best product (master plan and unit plans) in the market.

7. Adhere the checklist to maintain the standards.

8. having good knowledge in structural and maintain the best efficiency in car parking in basement/stilt and structurally.

9. Able to handle independently 

10. complete the task within the timelines.
