  1. Reporting to management and performing administrative duties.
  2. Answering telephone calls, as well as screening and forwarding calls.
  3. Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events.
  4. Welcoming and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  5. Handling basic inquiries and sorting mail.
  6. Copying, scanning, and filing documents.
  7. Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements.
  8. Keeping the reception area tidy and observing professional etiquette.
  9. Performing other administrative tasks, if required.
  10. To ensure F & B service for cold towel/tissue presentation is done for the guest arrival, replenishment and speedy service in all areas including the meeting rooms.
  11. Take morning briefing before the operations start with the security team, valet, F & B ,HK team to discuss daily appointments. Briefings to be conducted before 11am.
  12. Briefing should include the HPM standards of the Day , Grooming , VIP movements , previous days concerns , focus of the day .
  13. Ensure to be Punctual, courteous, helpful, team-player, cheerful, and to all maintain discipline in all guest areas and ethical behaviour.
  14. Ensure that SOPs are in place for each area and are being followed by the team.
  15. Assist in planning and implementing procedures for special events and functions held at the sales centre or alternate venue.
  16. Maintain appearance, upkeep and cleanliness of all food and beverage equipment and facilities.
  17. Ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
  18. Strive to improve service performance.
  19. Ensuring compliance with all the relevant audit parameters and the audit scores are achieved consistently (Hygiene Audit, Sales Gallery Mystery Audit etc.)
  20. Maintain complete knowledge about company's procedures, policies, Rules & Regulations
