Work Location :Coimbatore

1. Team management: Responsible for managing and leading the software testing team. This includes setting goals, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing feedback and guidance to team members.

2. Test planning and strategy: The team lead is responsible for developing and implementing a test plan and strategy. This includes identifying test objectives, defining test scope, determining test types and approaches, and creating test cases and script.

3. Test execution: The team lead is responsible for overseeing the execution of the testing process, ensuring that testing is carried out according to established procedures and that the testing team adheres to the test plan.

4. Test reporting and analysis: The team lead is responsible for analysing and reporting on the results of testing, identifying defects and issues, and communicating testing results to the appropriate stakeholders.

5. Risk management: The team lead is responsible for identifying and mitigating risks associated with the testing process, including identifying potential issues and developing contingency plans.

6. Coordination and communication: The team lead is responsible for coordinating testing efforts with other teams involved in the software development process, such as developers, project managers, and business analysts. This includes communicating testing.
