Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to join our team at Expertia AI. As a QA Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing effective automated tests to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in QA automation. The role is based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India and is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience in quality assurance automation.
• Strong knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile development methodologies.
• Solid understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment.
• Certifications in software testing or QA automation are a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-leading tools and frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize test scenarios and cases.
• Execute automated tests and analyze test results to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.
• Identify, report, and track software defects to closure using issue tracking tools.
• Participate in requirement reviews and provide input to ensure testability and quality of software requirements.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in QA automation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA process and automation framework.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the QA team.
