Tesor Designs is an Premium interior design and décor firm headquartered in Bangalore, providing end-to-end interior design solutions and having our state-of-the-art experience centers in HSR & HRBR Layout.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop & Implement Social Media Strategy: Create and execute a social media strategy that aligns with the brand's voice and goals, focusing on interior design trends and project showcases.

* Content Creation: Produce engaging content (photos, videos, carousels, reels, stories) that highlights design projects, client transformations, and company culture.

* Online Promotional Collateral: Design and create digital promotional assets, including portfolios, brochures, and other materials, to be used for online marketing and social media outreach.

* Coordinate with Media & Brands: Build and maintain relationships with media houses and relevant brands for collaborations and cross-promotions.

* Photo & Video Shoots Coordination: Plan and oversee photoshoots and video content for social media, including selecting props, coordinating with photographers and videographers, and ensuring content is aligned with brand aesthetics.

* Content Scheduling & Management: Manage content calendars, ensuring timely posting and consistency across multiple platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn.

* Engagement & Community Management: Monitor and engage with followers across platforms by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions.

* Track Performance & Analytics: Analyze social media metrics to gauge engagement, reach, and growth, and provide monthly reports with insights and suggestions for improvements.

* Trend Monitoring & Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends in social media and interior design, incorporating them into the content strategy to keep the brand relevant and exciting.

Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in interior design, architecture, or Luxury lifestyle sectors.

* Strong visual sense and an understanding of spatial aesthetics and interior trends.

* Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms.

* Excellent communication and copywriting skills.

* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized.

* Bonus: Photography or video editing skills are a plus.
