Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in architecture & interior design)
  • Atleast 1-2 years of BD or sales experience (preferably in luxury interior design)
  • Strong work ethic, communication & negotiation skills, with an ability to close deals
  • Proven track record of meeting monthly & branch sales targets, with strong sense of ownership
  • Ability to maintain exceptional client relations
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (designers and project managers)
  • Planning and forecasting pipeline to closures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
