Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues Creating clear and concise reports. Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance & Privacy  Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation. Nurture a positive working environment Giving helpful and engaging presentations. Maintain payroll plan and benefits program such as Professional Frees, ESIC, Professsional Tax  Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics Deliver compensation and benefit comparison reports to the executive team each month and make recommendations to improve the company’s current offerings Carrying out necessary administrative duties. Leading a team of Jr. Admin Staff  Managing and maintaining Office maintainace Coordinate with all AMC and renewing their contracts including AIRCONDITIONER Telephone etc Providing all office stationery and related material required by staff and office maintenance Over looking timely dispatch of documents through front desk Creating and Managing events and celebration activity Working on reducing maintenance cost by ongoingly searching various plans for mobile telephone and other amc without compromising deliverable Empowering and Managing office assistant teams such that they are doing a job effectively. TIMELY processing salary which includes attendance calculation outdoor through field sense Making regular payment to PF AND ESIC Key Result Area On time recruiting right person at right time within budget of company  Timely disbursment of salary and following all compliance related to human resource  Timely creating reports which enables manging perfomance appraisal Implementing all HR Policy the way it is meant and designed  Standing for growth of each employee and create and track growth plan for all employee partenring HODS Timely manging greviances and challage of each employee
