Job Description
Join Teletext Holidays as a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Analyst and take charge of our web and app user journey, driving improvements in conversion. We're seeking a dedicated conversion professional with a passion for user experience and a proven track record of success.
You should be up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in UX, and have hands-on experience working with UX and UI tools such as Optimizely or Maxymiser. If you're an ambitious self-starter with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for data, we want you on our team.
You should be able to identify gaps in performance using tools like Google Analytics and employ creative solutions to improve the overall conversion rate. We’re looking for a rising star who would relish the opportunity to own the vision and CRO strategy for a well-known travel brand.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Own the conversion rate metrics across the business to help drive marketing-qualified leads to our sales team.
· Manage and optimize website and app landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead-generating forms such as email signups.
· Conduct A/B tests to identify optimization opportunities.
· Track and interpret user behaviour on the site using site analytics and create hypotheses for user testing.
· Identify new conversion opportunities across the site to enhance commercial returns.
· Collaborate with product development, content, and marketing teams to optimize the onsite and app user experience.
· Manage key conversion points in the marketing funnel and optimize conversion paths.
· Work with our Creative & UX Designer to implement best practices for conversion on all new and existing designs.
· Test new technologies and practices to improve key metrics such as conversion rate performance and consumer engagement.
· Ensure a unified and "on-brand" experience across the website and app.
· Provide business intelligence to empower senior management to make informed decisions.
· Feed insights into the commercial, acquisition, and retention marketing functions to increase funnel marketing efficiencies.
Skills Required
- Should have strong experience in digital analytics, web analytics, A/B testing and inbound marketing tactics and providing data insights to develop commercial insight.
- Should be a highly motivated individual who wants to work as part of a growing digital business.
- Should have excellent knowledge of how to manage CRO programs.
- Should be highly analytical, with experience in using enterprise analytics platforms.
- Commercially astute.
- Be a process-first thinker with a rigorous problem-solving approach grounded in data analysis.
- Should have clear and confident communication skills and the ability to influence peers and senior management.
- Previous travel knowledge would be advantageous.
- E-commerce experience preferred but not essential.
- Should have a good technical understanding of JQuery, JavaScript, development processes and lifecycles.
- Proficient in using smart CTAs and smart form features.
- Good time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Education Qualifications & Experience Level
- Should be qualified in BE/B.Tech/MBA from a reputed college.
- Should possess a minimum of 5+ years’ experience in CRO.
