Job Overview
Being the Mobile Marketing Manager at Teletext Holidays will involve more than just boosting app traffic. The role requires extensive experience in mobile acquisition to attract users, increase app usage, manage app messaging and boost in-app sales. The ideal candidate should be capable of designing and implementing successful mobile app marketing campaigns, segmenting audiences, and maximizing performance, while excelling in a dynamic setting with tight deadlines.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with a team of digital marketing professionals that includes content managers, email & social media marketers, mobile marketing developers and more.
Applicants should possess a proven track record in direct-response customer acquisition and performance marketing, as well as excellent analytical abilities and a combination of technical and business knowledge.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan and execute app distribution and promotion strategies that drive traffic to app stores leading to app downloads.
- Understanding acquisition models and select proven and new channels to help meet key growth objectives.
- Translate user acquisition targets and budgets into cutting edge mobile marketing.
- Run campaigns on Facebook, Google Display Network and similar large scale mobile ad networks.
- Analyze opt-in and opt-out rates compared to industry standards and utilize customer feedback to improve opt-in messaging and the push and trigger messaging programs.
- Implementing paid search, PPC, and SEO strategies and campaigns and managing app marketing budgets.
- Demonstrate ability to work at the strategic level, generating bold and innovative ideas for growth, and at a tactical level, planning, executing, reporting, monitoring, and optimizing the app daily.
- Create a playbook of best practices to be used to manage mobile app marketing, with a strong ROI-focused approach.
- Collaborate closely with technical, digital, sales and business teams as well as external vendors to identify needs and help define necessary improvements and new areas for innovation.
- Dive into the data to detect patterns and uncover insights to further apprise our app marketing efforts.
- Report on specific campaigns to the wider business and senior management and share overall app performance in weekly meetings.
- Lead test-and-learn efforts - gather and analyze data in a rigorous statistical manner and uncover insights to optimize app marketing efforts and inform future testing.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and opportunities to maintain the company's position as a leading mobile marketing innovator within the digital marketing space.

· 4+ Experience with proven track record in App Store Optimization (ASO), Running Paid App Install Ads, Email Marketing, Analytics, In-App Communications, Conversion Tracking, Product website/landing page creation, SEO.
