Roles & Responsibilities:

·   Responsible for strategizing and planning interventions followed by execution and impact assessment amongst stakeholders.

·   Work closely with the business team to ensure social license to operate.

·   Planning and implementation of key CSR projects.

·   Stakeholder engagement both internal and external to ensure sustainable execution of projects in education, health, livelihood etc.

·   Effective liaison with local stakeholders, media and government authorities.

·   Preparing structured stakeholder engagement plan and ensuring effective implementation.

Qualification:

MSW or equivalent degree with 3-4 years of experience in CSR function.

Should be fluent in Oriya language
