• Budgeting and monitoring of various cost elements.
• Prepare MIS for management reviews.
• Checking and certifying vendor invoices for payment approvals.
• Sourcing, Negotiating, Executing & Managing contracts.

• Compliance with Municipality, Labor Laws & all other governing regulations.
• Liaison with govt. & non-govt. bodies as required
