Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities:

• Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees in Information Technology Roles

• Cold calls, email, social sites, networking, collaborating, and interfacing within many levels of organizations with key contact/ players

• Connect & communicate –ask for business, and deliver!

• High Volume call responsibility

• Implement company culture, values, and policies

• Provide management with requested reports and documents

Requirements

• Excellent communication, decision-making, negotiating, influencing, and closing skills a must!

• Strong CRM and ATS computer skills -- willing to learn new programs and software

• Focused, creative, sales-minded individuals who thrive (and enjoy) multi-tasking fast-paced environment

Schedule:

• Night Shifts ( looking only for men)

• 1 year experience is required

• Looking for 1 to 8 years experience
