Our distribution company’s leadership team needs a motivated, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our domestic sales department.  

  

Job Responsibilities: 

·        Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships.

·        strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly.   

·        Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends global reach.

·        Recruit salespeople, set objectives, train and coach, and monitor performance to ensure that assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled

 

 

 

Skills and qualifications: 

 

·        Education: Graduation (preferable)

·        Experience: 2 Years of Sales and Marketing - BFSI

·        Local candidate Who stayed city on 2-3 years
