Project Engineer

Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan. Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project management.

Preparation of updated work program and cash flow curve showing actual progress and identify area of weakness and establishes means and methods for recovery , if any as well as new critical activities.

Maintaining update of site work progress.

Prepare monthly report reflecting work progress summary.

Report to the project manager about the current work progress and make comparison between plan and actual progress and study impact of alternative approaches to work.

Preparation of monthly bills and involve in clearing technical issues.

Certification of sub- contractor bills *Planning for monthly provision and involve in calculation of profitability.

Involved in quantity enhancement and BOQ update and keeping in track of the material issue and their corresponding erection.

Keeping track of daily manpower, daily process, progress, weekly progress. Planning and execution of installations of electrical mechanical equipment’s as per drawing Certification of contractor works in terms of quality and quantity. Coordination with HQ for timely availability of material at site.

Coordination with suppliers for smooth commissioning of equipment’s.

Arranging vendors for fire hydrant/ fire alarm system *Maintaining the safety standards during the execution.

Maintaining of commissioning records.

Maintaining erection & commissioning protocols for job co completion.

Project billing & submission.

*Preparation & submission of RA bills based on the erection& commissioning works. *Submission of weekly progress & monthly progress reports & Material Reconciliation.

*Certification of monthly bills & timely follow up of bills for certification.

*Preparation of cash flow statement *Certification of sub-contractor bills.

*Experience: 2+ years

*Salary: 25000-30000
