Requirements

• Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders and end-users.
• Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and document outcomes.
• Prepare UML diagrams, user stories, and use cases for new product/project ideas.
• Work closely with project managers, developers, and designers to ensure that business processes are well-documented and optimized for efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback to development teams.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate business processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis

Skill & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Freshers Required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with UML diagrams, user stories, and use cases.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum.
• Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Business Analysis certification is a plus.
