Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Reception &amp; Customer Service:</li><li>Greet and welcome all visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.</li><li>Direct visitors to appropriate workspaces and handle inquiries.</li><li>Maintain a calm and helpful demeanor while addressing any visitor or tenant concerns.</li><li>Phone &amp; Email Management:</li><li>Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.</li><li>Manage the front desk email inbox, respond to inquiries, and route emails to relevant teams.</li><li>Assist in scheduling appointments or meetings, and manage the calendar for meeting rooms.</li><li>Space &amp; Facility Management:</li><li>Monitor the condition of the common areas, ensuring they are clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.</li><li>Ensure meeting rooms are properly set up and available as scheduled.</li><li>Coordinate with facility management for maintenance or any issues that arise in the office space.</li><li>Tenant Assistance:</li><li>Assist tenants with any operational or facility-related issues.</li><li>Facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding for tenants (e.g., providing keys, access cards, or office supplies).</li><li>Inform tenants about available services, events, or upcoming community activities.</li><li>Administrative Support:</li><li>Maintain and update records of tenants, office usage, and inventory.</li><li>Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing documents.</li><li>Coordinate deliveries, mail handling, and courier services.</li><li>Event Support:</li><li>Assist with organizing and coordinating community events, networking sessions, or seminars within the co-working space.</li><li>Manage event registrations and ensure the availability of required resources.</li><li>Additional Tasks:</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends and co-working space offerings to assist clients with relevant information.</li><li>Perform any other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager or Office Manager.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Education:</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification in office administration or customer service preferred.</li><li>Experience:</li><li>1-2 years of experience in front desk management, customer service, or administration, preferably in a co-working space, hospitality, or office environment.</li><li>Skills:</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.</li><li>Basic knowledge of office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.).</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Personal Attributes:</li><li>Professional demeanor with a customer-centric attitude.</li><li>Flexible, adaptable, and willing to take on a variety of tasks.</li><li>Proactive, with a problem-solving mindset.</li><li>Positive and approachable.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>Day shift</li><li>Weekend only</li></ul>Supplemental Pay:<ul><li>Performance bonus</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Front desk - Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
