Job Description:

 3-5 yrs experience as Business Analyst.

 Create system design proposals,creates detailed Business Requirement Document

(BRD) andtranslates it into functional specifications FRD and SRS also Use Cases and User Stories.

 Create systems models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to systemprogrammers as DFD and WFD. Should have good knowledge of Entityrelation and UML.

 Lead design sessions in Wireframing and Prototyping new systems for the purpose of enhancingbusiness processes, operations, and information Process Flow.

 Extensive experience in transforming complex business requirements into functional specifications. Preparing functional documents to show work breakdown and correct understanding of certain complexrequirements.

 Perform Testing by Use Cases. Analyse Regression and do SWOT analysis. Performing UAT by selfand with end users.

 Performing Effort Estimation to help the Marketing team. Preparing RFP and RFQ’s

 Review and analyse the effectiveness and efficiency of existing development frameworks and developstrategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.

 Provide orientation and training to end-users for all modified and new system. And ensure the UserManual and FAQ’s are provided to the end user.

 Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems, andother post-implementation support.

 Mandatory Domain: Retail/ERP/Accounting, Finance Good to have

 Knowledge of SQL and My-SQL, Git.

 Knowledge of Agile framework – daily scrum meeting, retrospective, burnout charts,product backlog.

Work Timings: 09:30 to 18:30 (Mon-Fri)
