Job Overview
We are seeking a Mid-Level KYC Maker to join our team in Bengaluru. This is a Full-Time, Contract-To-Hire position. The successful candidate will play a critical role in our compliance operations, ensuring accurate identification and verification of customers, and assisting in risk management processes in accordance with regulatory frameworks.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in investment banking practices, ensuring adherence to industry standards and processes (Mandatory skill).
- Strong experience in KYC compliance processes with a deep understanding of regulatory requirements (Mandatory skill).
- Solid knowledge of risk assessment strategies and ability to implement risk mitigation measures (Mandatory skill).
- Experience in data verification to ensure the accuracy and consistency of customer documentation.
- Ability to prepare and present regulatory reports in compliance with current laws and guidelines.
- Familiarity with SQL for efficient data management and retrieval.
- Excellent analytical skills to evaluate and improve processes related to KYC operations.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with internal teams and external regulatory bodies.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough KYC checks for new and existing clients to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Verify customer documentation to confirm identities and ensure accuracy and consistency of information.
- Identify potential risks and report discrepancies or fraudulent activities to management promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a streamlined and effective KYC process.
- Assist in the development and implementation of KYC policies and procedures.
- Prepare detailed regulatory reports for submission to relevant authorities.
- Utilize SQL to access and interpret data for decision-making and reporting purposes.
