3. Application Developer: a. Building custom applications using Zoho Creator. b. Developing automation scripts and workflows using Deluge (Zoho's scripting language).

4. Support Analyst: a. Troubleshooting issues in Zoho products and implementing fixes. b. Providing technical support to end users.

5. Business Analyst: a. Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business processes. b. Translating business needs into Zoho configurations and customizations.

6. Data Manager: a. Handling data migration to or from Zoho applications. b. Ensuring data integrity and security during system updates and changes.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

● Proven experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator.

● Strong understanding of CRM best practices and data management. Proficiency in scripting (Deluge, if applicable) and integration techniques.
