Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Document business processes, workflows, and system interactions.
• Identify gaps and propose improvements in business operations.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
• Lead workshops, meetings, and presentations with stakeholders.
• Support project planning, testing, and implementation phases.
• Monitor project progress and ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Provide mentorship to junior analysts and contribute to best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis or related role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., MS Excel, Visio, Jira).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies.
