Requirements Gathering:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
  • Conduct interviews and workshops to gather detailed and accurate information for Odoo ERP customization.
  • One of the key responsibilities is preparing a Requirement Document that clearly outlines business needs, functional requirements, and process flows.
  • Strong knowledge of Odoo functional modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, etc.)
  • Ability to map business processes to Odoo workflows

Create Business Requirement Document (BRD) outlining:

  • Project Scope
  • Business Objectives
  • Stakeholders Involved

Define Functional Requirement Specification (FRS) including:

  • Use Cases
  • User Roles & Permissions
  • Module-wise functional flows
  • Reporting & Dashboards

Odoo Configuration:

  • Work closely with senior consultants to configure and customize Odoo modules to meet client needs.
  • Assist in the setup and configuration of Odoo applications, including but not limited to Sales, Inventory, CRM, and Accounting.

User Training:

  • Provide training sessions to end-users on the effective use of Odoo modules.
  • Create and maintain user documentation to facilitate the smooth adoption of Odoo within client organizations.

Testing and Troubleshooting:

  • Assist in system testing and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and functionality of Odoo solutions.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues during the implementation phase.

Client Support:

Establish and maintain positive client relationships through effective communication and support.

Address client inquiries and provide ongoing assistance to ensure the successful use of Odoo ERP.
