Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business needs and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements through meetings, interviews, and workshops.
• Create process models, data flow diagrams, and other documentation to support analysis.
• Work closely with IT and project teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis as needed.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet expectations.
• Present findings, recommendations, and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Support project planning and monitor project performance, risks, and issues.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
• 2–5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello) and methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
