Responsibilities:-

● Responsible for keeping all customer facing systems running smoothly 24/7

by actively monitoring the applications and systems using available

monitoring tools.

● Participate in incident triage and post-mortem reviews, and document any

findings.

● Take corrective action when needed by using automated process, and

escalate more complex issues to higher level engineering or Development

groups.

● Hunt proactively any potential issues and prevent incidents by debugging

production issues across the application stack.

● Tracks and documents all issues and resolutions in detail through ticketing

system

● Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) in order to support the

application

● Create and maintain documentation to ensure knowledge accessibility
