Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team at Techsol Engineers. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the successful completion of engineering projects. This includes coordinating with various departments, ensuring project deliverables are met within budget and timeline, and providing technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in project management or engineering role.
• Knowledge of engineering principles, concepts, and practices.
• Experience with project management tools and software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Familiarity with fluid handling applications is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee engineering projects from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop project plans, including cost estimates and timelines.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress and identify and resolve any issues or risks that may arise.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project team members.
• Ensure that projects are completed within budget and timeline while meeting quality standards.
• Prepare and present project reports, updates, and documentation to stakeholders.
• Conduct project evaluations and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in engineering technologies.
