Position Overview:

As a Technical Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading our technical team and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. You will play a crucial role in coordinating with clients, managing team members, and ensuring project milestones are achieved within the given timeframe. This position requires strong technical expertise in Flutter, ReactJS, Python, and ASP.NET, along with exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to the development team, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project requirements.
• Project Management: Collaborate with the project manager to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop and manage project plans, including task assignments, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication to understand their requirements, address concerns, and provide project updates.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of software developers, providing guidance, feedback, and support. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality assurance processes, ensuring that projects are thoroughly tested and meet the highest standards of quality before delivery.
• Technical Expertise: Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in software and app development technologies. Share knowledge and insights with the team to drive continuous improvement.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or quality. Develop mitigation strategies and proactively address challenges as they arise.
• Documentation: Ensure proper documentation of project requirements, technical specifications, and development processes.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the development team.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, QA engineers, and project managers, to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Technical Team Lead or similar role in a software or app development company.
• Strong technical expertise in either of technology - Flutter, ReactJS, Python, and ASP.NET.
• Experience with client interaction and managing client expectations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
• Experience in code review and ensuring coding standards are followed.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering software projects.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and project management tools.
• Strong commitment to quality, attention to detail, and continuous improvement.
