As a Senior Python Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications using Python and Django framework. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing scalable and robust web applications using Python and Django framework.
• Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code for new features and enhancements.
• Collaborating with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Leading and mentoring junior developers, providing technical guidance, and reviewing their code.
• Conducting code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards.
• Identifying and resolving technical issues and bugs in a timely manner.
• Optimizing application performance and scalability.
• Participating in architectural discussions and suggesting improvements for system design.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in Python and Django development.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• X+ years of professional experience in Python development, with a focus on web application development.
• Strong expertise in Django framework.
• Proficiency in writing clean, maintainable, and efficient Python code.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other Python frameworks (e.g., Flask, Pyramid).
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
