Job Overview

Technozis is seeking a Mid-Level ServiceNow Developer with specialization in SecOps for a remote position. The role is open for candidates located in Bangalore, Chandigarh, Pune, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Noida, and Jaipur. The selected individual will be responsible for implementing and optimizing ServiceNow SecOps modules to enhance security processes and risk management within the organization.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in ServiceNow SecOps Modules is mandatory, facilitating effective security operations and management.
• Expertise in Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) to identify and mitigate risks associated with third-party vendors (Mandatory skill).
• Experience with Integrated Risk Management (IRM) to manage enterprise risk effectively (Mandatory skill).
• Strong understanding and experience with the ServiceNow Platform for efficient navigation and utilization.
• Proficient in JavaScript to perform customizations and enhance the functionality of the ServiceNow platform.
• In-depth knowledge of Security Incident Response to manage and resolve incidents promptly and effectively.
• Experience with Orchestration to automate and streamline IT service processes across the organization.
• Understanding of ServiceNow CMDB for managing configuration items and ensuring data accuracy across modules.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Implement and optimize ServiceNow SecOps modules to improve security operations within the organization.
• Develop and maintain workflows, forms, and configurations tailored to business requirements.
• Collaborate with security and IT teams to integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and tools.
• Provide technical guidance and support for ServiceNow SecOps users and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular assessments of the ServiceNow platform to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of enterprise risk management strategies and processes.
• Identify opportunities for automation and develop solutions to improve service delivery and efficiency.
• Create detailed documentation of designs, configurations, and developments for future reference and audits.
