UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities:

• Research & Analysis: Conduct user research and analyze feedback to understand user needs, pain points, and behavior.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that showcase design ideas and interactions.
• User Interface Design: Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and other digital products.
• User Experience Design: Focus on the overall experience, ensuring the design is user-friendly and accessible.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with business goals.
• Testing & Iteration: Perform usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback to continuously improve user experience.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency across digital products in terms of design standards and brand guidelines.
• Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously innovate.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work across multiple platforms (web, mobile, etc.).
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present and explain design concepts to both technical and non-technical teams.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating seamless user experiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
