Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Handle full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
• Performance Management: Support the development and execution of performance appraisals, feedback sessions, and improvement plans.
• Training & Development: Assist in identifying training needs and organizing programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
• Compensation & Benefits: Administer payroll, benefits programs, and employee incentives while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and maintain accurate employee records.
• Employee Engagement: Implement programs that promote employee well-being, job satisfaction, and team collaboration.
• HR Systems: Maintain and update HR software and employee data systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

• Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in HR or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions such as recruitment, compliance, and compensation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and office software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
