We are seeking a Mid-Level Voice & Accent Trainer specialized in IT Sales Training to join our team in Kolkata. This is a full-time position, suitable for professionals with 4 to 6 years of experience in voice training and accent neutralization. The candidate will be instrumental in training IT sales personnel to enhance their communication skills, ensuring clarity and professionalism in client interactions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must possess a strong command over voice modulation, pronunciation, and tone control. (Mandatory skills)
• Demonstrated ability in public speaking with a focus on clarity and confidence in delivery.
• Proven experience in articulation to convey messages effectively without ambiguity.
• Excellent voice projection skills to maintain audience engagement and interest.
• High level of proficiency in expressing emotions through voice to connect with diverse audiences.
• Ability to train individuals on clear communication techniques for various IT sales scenarios.
• Knowledge of techniques to manage and neutralize accents for improved client understanding.
• Experience in evaluating and coaching on effective speaking techniques using feedback and practice.
