Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Training Placement Officer for our Kolkata location in a full-time capacity. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years of relevant work experience. The Training Placement Officer will be crucial in establishing strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, effectively contributing to the growth and success of our training and placement initiatives. The position focuses on ensuring that our clients and students receive the best career counseling and placement opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact and convey ideas with stakeholders. (Mandatory skill)

- Project management skills to plan, execute, and oversee successful training and placement programs within set timelines.
- Experience in using CRM software to manage and analyze customer interactions and data.
- Competence in event planning to organize seminars, workshops, and placement drives successfully.
- Analytical skills to assess data trends, placement patterns, and improve training delivery methods.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with industry partners to foster placement opportunities for students.
- Coordinate with academic departments to tailor training programs that meet industry standards.
- Organize and conduct training sessions, seminars, and workshops to enhance students' skill sets.
- Facilitate career counseling sessions to assist students in identifying their career paths and opportunities.
- Negotiate with employers for placement opportunities and ensure successful recruitment outcomes for students.
- Utilize CRM systems to track students’ progress and employer interactions effectively.
- Plan and execute career fairs, placement drives, and network events to link students with potential employers.
- Analyze placement statistics and trends to improve training methods and enhance placement performance.
