Key Responsibilities

• Generate Business leads through various online platforms like linkedin, Upwork, freelancer, fiverr etc.
• Analyze requirements, data, trends, technologies, and performance metrics to initiate discussion & documentation.
• Creating detailed documentation, SRS, FRD, Feature Listings, BRD, HRD, WBS & proposals, including business requirements, process flows, and use cases.
• Support the design and implementation of solutions by coordinating with teams such as IT, operations, and product development.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to provide actionable insights.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Test, validate, and ensure quality assurance for proposed solutions or implemented changes.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to contribute to project planning and execution.

Requirements

• Recently completed a degree.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace tools.
• Basic understanding of wireframes, IT Technologies and client handling is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
