Key Responsibilities

* Install, commission, and maintain CNC Plasma / Laser cutting & welding machines at customer sites

* Provide technical support and timely resolution of service issues across India

* Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts, customer complaints, and technical improvements

* Maintain service logs and reports

* Educate customers on machine operation, upkeep, and safety procedures

* Be a brand ambassador for the company’s service standards and professionalism

Who Should Apply

* Engineers with hands-on experience in **Plasma or Laser cutting/welding machines**, CNC systems, or industrial automation

* Willingness to **travel across India** (travel support provided)

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Responsible, self-driven, and customer-oriented attitude

* Freshers with strong fundamentals and eagerness to learn may also be considered
