Technocrats Plasma Systems Pvt. Ltd., a leader in CNC Plasma Cutting and Pipe Profile Cutting solutions, is expanding its portfolio with laser cutting and welding systems. As we scale up production and continue to provide automation solutions for welding, we are looking for an experienced and results-driven **Production Manager** to lead our manufacturing operations.

What We're Looking For:

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering

Experience: 5–10 years in managing the production of CNC machines, laser systems, or related capital equipment

Key Responsibilities:

 * Plan and execute production schedules for CNC Plasma, Laser Cutting, and Welding Automation Systems

 * Coordinate with design, procurement, quality, and service teams to ensure seamless workflow

 * Ensure **on-time delivery** of machines and systems with **zero compromise on quality**

 * Implement and monitor robust quality assurance practices

 * Lead, motivate, and manage the shop floor and assembly teams effectively
