With a legacy in welding and plasma cutting machines, we successfully diversified into automation solutions for welding and cutting applications. Today, we are a market leader in CNC Plasma Profile Cutting Machines, CNC Plasma Pipe Profile Cutting Machines, and welding automation solutions.  


With the upcoming launch of our **Laser Welding & Cutting Machines in April 2025**, we are expanding our team and seeking a **dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Head** to drive business growth across India.  


Role Overview:  

We are looking for a **go-getter from day one**—someone who is proactive, strategic, and eager to make an impact. The right candidate will have the autonomy to develop and execute a sales and marketing strategy, expand our market reach, and drive revenue growth. **There is no limit to success in this role for the right person.**  


Key Responsibilities:  

- Develop and implement a **nationwide sales and marketing strategy** for our CNC Plasma, Welding Automation, and upcoming Laser Welding & Cutting machines.  

- Identify new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and drive **B2B sales** growth.  

- Establish and manage a **high-performing sales team** to penetrate the market effectively.  

- Build and strengthen relationships with **industrial clients, distributors, and OEMs**.  

- Oversee **digital marketing, branding, and lead generation** activities.  

- Stay ahead of industry trends, analyze competitors, and implement strategies to maintain a competitive edge.  

- Work closely with the **technical and product development teams** to align sales strategies with product offerings.  

- Drive sales targets and ensure overall business growth.  


Requirements:  

- **5+ years of experience** in B2B sales & marketing, preferably in industrial automation, welding, plasma cutting, or CNC machinery.  

- Strong leadership and team management skills.  

- Excellent **negotiation, communication, and presentation** skills.  

- Proven track record of achieving **sales targets and business expansion**.  

- Willingness to travel across India as required.  

- Engineering or business degree preferred, but experience and a results-driven mindset matter more.
