About the Role:

Technocrats Plasma Systems Pvt Ltd is seeking a high-caliber Executive Business Partner to work closely with the Managing Director. This role is designed for an ambitious individual who aspires to grow into a strategic leadership position and make meaningful contributions to the growth and transformation of a pioneering high-technology manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic & Operational Support

* Act as a thought partner to the MD in planning, decision-making, and follow-through.

* Assist in evaluating and driving strategic initiatives, business expansion, and partnerships.

* Coordinate and track progress on key projects across departments (R&D, Sales, Manufacturing, Service).

Executive Communication & Coordination

* Serve as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders (Board, Investors, CXOs, Clients, Vendors).

* Draft, review, and manage high-impact business communications, presentations, and reports.

* Manage the MD's priorities, calendar, and prepare briefs for all meetings and reviews.

Business Process & Analysis

* Monitor KPIs, project timelines, and operational metrics; raise flags and recommend actions.

* Conduct industry, competitor, and market research to support business planning.

* Assist in managing investor relations, statutory compliance, and government liaison.

Leadership Enablement

* Attend leadership meetings, take action notes, and ensure timely implementation.

* Facilitate alignment between cross-functional teams to ensure execution against goals.

* Represent the MD in internal reviews or external meetings when required.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Technical Background: Engineer (Electrical/Mechatronics/Electronics/Mechanical) from a reputed institution.

Management Orientation: MBA or strong business acumen and analytical ability.

Experience: Prior experience in a similar strategic/operational/consulting/leadership support role.

Skills:

 * High level of confidentiality, integrity, and ownership.

 * Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools and technologies.
