Job Title: Social Media Manager

Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to join our team. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy across various platforms to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads or sales. This individual will have a strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Strategy & Planning:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals
• Plan, create, and manage content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Monitor social media trends and competitors to adjust strategies accordingly

1. Content Creation & Curation:

• Create engaging, creative, and high-quality content (images, videos, copy, etc.)
• Curate content from other brands, influencers, and industry leaders to keep the audience engaged
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with overall marketing goals

1. Community Management:

• Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions
• Foster and grow a loyal community around the brand
• Monitor social media conversations and act as the brand’s voice in online discussions

1. Social Media Advertising:

• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to promote content, products, or services
• Manage social media budgets and optimize ad performance
• Track and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on analytics

1. Analytics and Reporting:

• Analyze social media performance metrics (engagement rates, reach, conversion rates, etc.)
• Generate monthly reports on social media ROI, insights, and recommendations for improvement
• Track website traffic and conversions driven by social media channels

1. Collaboration with Other Teams:

• Work closely with the marketing, design, and PR teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging
• Collaborate with influencers or partners for social media campaigns and promotions

1. Brand Voice & Consistency:

• Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s tone, style, and values
• Maintain consistency across all platforms in terms of messaging, visuals, and voice

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (typically 2+ years)
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging content
• Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) are a plus

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles
• Experience with influencer marketing and partnership management

Work Environment:

• Office-based or hybrid options depending on company policy
