Key Responsibilities:

• Tele Caller Executives: Make outbound calls to students and parents, provide course details, address inquiries, and follow up to convert leads into applications.
• Senior Executives: Lead and mentor junior team members, support training, and help achieve team goals.

Required Skills:

• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships.
• For Senior Executives: Leadership experience is a plus.
