The Voice and Accent Trainer plays a crucial role in guiding individuals to improve their spoken English. This includes focusing on voice modulation, pronunciation, and intonation. The role involves working closely with clients to identify areas of improvement and deploy customized training sessions to enhance overall communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct voice and accent training sessions for individuals and groups.
• Assess the communication skills of clients and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop customized training modules and exercises to address specific needs.
• Provide feedback and constructive criticism to clients to help them improve.
• Monitor client progress and adjust training methods as necessary.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in accent training.
• Create and maintain training materials and documentation.
• Collaborate with other trainers and professionals to enhance training programs.

Qualifications

• Any Ug or Graduates with min 3 to 8 yrs of experience in VOICE & ACCENT COACHING or TRAINING is a must
• Proven experience as a Voice and Accent Trainer or similar role.
• Excellent command of the English language with neutral accent.
• Strong understanding of phonetics and vocal physiology.
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess and adapt to individual learning styles.
