Current Job Title : Project Coordinator, Fortinet Firewall Upgrade

Roles/Responsibilities

1 Coordinating Network Modernization between Client IT Team & Implementation Team.

2 Manage network tracker provides weekly update to team on tracker.

3 Manages risks and issues, successfully and rapidly escalating them (when necessary) following up and resolving them.

4 Delivers excellent support to client team throughout network modernization journey, such as follow-up to fill-up web forms on time, sharing critical information like IP Addressing schema, follow-up on FortiGate Firewall delivery onsite, understand network requirement for network migration, coordinate network migration dates.

5 Delivers excellent support to the implementation team on site and team working on firewall remotely to ensure that the tasks are completed on time.

6 Ensures the client goes through the implementation with the least inconvenience and the maximum support.

7 Assists the Area IT team in all other activities to ensure a smooth transition.

8 Assist in any other activities on site or remotely, as required, to further develop the processes, training etc. to improve the rollout and implementation

9 Travels on site as required to implement the network change

• Operations & managing experience.
• Strong Interpersonal Communication skills.
• Good Knowledge in Networks, DNS, Ips etc.
• Strong listening skills: demonstrated ability to ask effective questions.
• Strong Managerial skills and ability to adapt working with international teams.

Job requirements and qualifications: Indicate the minimum education and experience for this job, any certifications required

• Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum experience: 2-5 years
• Language skills: English is a must
• Required certificates: CCNA/ Exp. in Networking
• Travel requirements: 80% travel (domestic)
