Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at TechCarrel LLP. This is a full-time position located in Gwalior, Morena, Bhind, Agra, Delhi, and Morar. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that align with our clients' objectives and enhance user experience. You will work closely with our development team to deliver innovative and aesthetically pleasing solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign (Mandatory skill) to create high-quality graphics and layouts.
• Strong command over Adobe Creative Suite to design and edit creative content effectively.
• Experience in using Sketch for wireframing and prototyping design concepts and workflows.
• Familiarity with Figma to create user interface designs with a focus on enhancing user interaction.
• Excellent understanding of typography principles and techniques for creating visually appealing designs.
• Strong design sensibility, with the ability to create engaging and cohesive visual identities for various platforms.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other team members and clients to understand and translate brand objectives into visual design.
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and produce high-quality, innovative graphic designs for diverse digital projects and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the software development team to ensure seamless integration of visual design and functionality.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and industry standards to consistently deliver cutting-edge designs.
• Engage in brainstorming sessions with clients and team members to generate creative ideas and concepts.
• Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them, ensuring top-notch quality and accuracy.
• Balance multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting both client and project manager deadlines.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of cohesive brand identities across all digital channels and platforms.
